Produce Team Member

Maintain produce sales floor and back-of-house product, and assist the Produce Team Leader in breaking down deliveries. Deliver outstanding guest service, rotate stock for freshness, set appealing displays, and ensure compliance with applicable procedures and regulations (Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, OSHA, HAACP). Sanitize equipment, report issues, keep cases and shelves clean, and support overall store operations. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales and perform other duties as assigned. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Two-plus years of experience in a produce department and strong guest-service orientation are preferred.
