Produce Team Leader Assistant

Assist the Produce Manager by directing and managing Team Members, ordering raw materials and supplies, and implementing merchandising initiatives to stimulate business growth while meeting customer requirements and maximizing profits. Demonstrates leadership and follows the competency model, with responsibilities including delivering profitable growth targets, overseeing training of Team Members, managing inventories and ordering, developing merchandising plans, and ensuring safety and health standards compliant with OSHA. Demonstrates knowledge and passion for products and services related to the role and maintains flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
