Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service by welcoming, greeting, and assisting shoppers using Farm Boy Service Standards. Provide floor supervision and team support through delegating tasks, coordinating meal breaks, receiving orders, completing 2x2s, and ensuring daily readiness. Package, stock, and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain high product quality and presentation standards. Foster a culture of trust by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations and department standards. Promote company policies and communicate department updates and business objectives as shared by store leadership. Work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, hands-on setting involving multiple deadlines, extended standing, and heavy lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Partial completion of a post-secondary program
- minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role
- equivalent combination of education and experience
