Job Summary
Deliver remarkable customer service by building rapport, displaying a friendly attitude, and responding effectively to customer questions while stocking product and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete tasks and follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments. This 4am start role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment. As part of a family company founded in 1934, you will play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly and having a positive impact on the community we serve.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
- Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology
- Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary
