Job Summary
Stock a variety of fresh produce across the Produce department by setting up displays, rotating stock to maintain freshness, and organizing shelves. Keep department equipment in working order through cleaning, labeling items, and assisting customers and staff as needed. Adhere to established procedures regarding operations, sales, safety, and security while performing other related duties assigned by Produce Management. This role offers a starting wage of $18.39/hour for a non-exempt position at City Market Co-Op locations.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of produce or farming experience
- one year of customer service experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of natural and conventional foods and the food industry
