Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile and assist them with selecting fresh produce. Maintain display cases and tables by keeping them well stocked, rotated, clean, and arranged in a visually pleasing manner. Assist in cutting fruit and vegetables, packing products into containers, labeling, and stocking them into refrigerated displays. Periodically take physical stock counts and check merchandise. Always maintain a clean and safe environment. This role requires a state-approved Food Handler certification prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- A state approved Food Handler certification
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to use knives
- Must be able to use heavy machinery such as pallet jacks and bailers
