Job Summary
Produce Sales Associate role in Weis Markets' produce department: keep the department well stocked and appealing, greet customers, handle special requests such as fruit-basket orders, rotate stock for freshness, ensure proper pricing and signage, maintain salad bar and cut produce, assist with displays, logs, sanitation, and adherence to health/OSHA requirements; operate power jack or hand jack if trained; training provided; cooperate with team to ensure smooth department/store operations and contribute to reducing shrink. Knowledge of PPE usage and safety procedures is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (completed or in progress)
- No prior experience required
- Ability to perform essential duties in a retail produce environment
- Ability to lift/move merchandise
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines including OSHA requirements

- Basic math and pricing/signage accuracy
