Produce Sales Associate

Produce Sales Associate in Weis Markets’ produce department: keep the produce area well stocked and appealing, greet customers, handle requests (including fruit-basket orders), rotate stock for freshness, ensure correct pricing and signage, maintain the salad bar and prep cut fruit/vegetables, assist in creating attractive displays, complete product logs, manage spoiled or damaged items per policy, support sanitation per health and OSHA standards, dispose of trash, help minimize shrink, report shortages/overages, may assist with deliveries using power jack or hand jack if trained, and may help in other departments. Training is provided. The role emphasizes cooperation with coworkers and superiors, PPE usage, and ongoing performance improvement.
