Produce Sales Associate

Produce Sales Associate role in Weis Markets’ Produce Department. Responsibilities include keeping the produce area stocked and appealing, greeting customers, handling special requests (e.g., fruit baskets), unpacking and trimming produce, rotating stock for freshness, ensuring correct pricing and signage, maintaining the salad bar, aiding in display construction, completing product logs, handling damaged items per policy, sanitizing work areas per health/OSHA guidelines, disposing of trash properly, reducing shrink, reporting shortages/overages, and assisting with receiving/unloading when trained. May assist in other departments. Training provided. Emphasizes safety PPE usage and cooperative teamwork to support store operations.
