Job Summary
This role involves monitoring the quality of perishable products in the warehouse, ensuring that products meet acceptable standards for shipping, and communicating quality issues to buyers. Responsibilities include inspecting inbound and outbound products, documenting product condition, and analyzing variances in spoilage and damages. Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems are essential, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The position requires physical readiness to lift up to 50 pounds and may involve working holidays and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
