Job Summary
Lead primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store and department leaders to develop a high-performance culture, ensuring associates are aligned to business strategy and receive necessary training for consistent delivery. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety while providing leadership support and direction.
Required Qualifications
