Job Summary
Manage the produce department by consistently meeting standards for handling, stocking, wrapping, cutting, and culling product. Clean and sanitize all areas including coolers, cases, knives, tables, and floors. Ensure proper retail pricing, billing, and cost accuracy while monitoring shrinkage. Conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain department integrity. This role supports Saver Group's mission to provide the best grocery value in a clean, friendly shopping environment with high ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Lift product up to 50 lbs.
- Customer service orientation, friendly personality.
- Experience in wrapping & cutting produce, rotating product, culling the department.
- Ability to get to work at assigned starting times & complete assigned shifts.
