Produce Manager

Produce Manager role overseeing the produce department operations, supervision of staff, inventory and quality control, merchandising, and adherence to regulations. Responsible for hiring/firing and disciplinary actions, scheduling, coordinating ordering and replenishment, supporting sales plans, maximizing department profits, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Must be able to work long days (up to 10 hours), be on 24-hour call, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, handle math and reporting tasks, develop policies, and travel to and from work.
