Produce Manager

Direct produce operations by maintaining, cleaning, and rotating inventory while ensuring pricing integrity with the Pricing Coordinator. Manage the Produce Department by scheduling team members, completing orders, monitoring sales and labor, and submitting weekly purchase reports. Oversee associate performance through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge, while strictly adhering to safety guidelines, company policies, and all required training. Handle physical demands including lifting 60 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments in a medium-paced environment requiring good vision and dexterity.
