Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Produce Department by managing sales, margins, expenses, pricing, and inventory performance. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while ensuring high standards of merchandising, freshness, product quality, and store image. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolve customer concerns, and review department results to implement improvement plans. Manage ordering, receiving, inventory control, supplier invoices, and claims processes while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. Collaborate with the Food Store Manager to achieve store goals. Requires minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1 year of leadership experience. Full-time position in Roblin, Manitoba with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
