Job Summary
Lead the store's produce department by setting strategic objectives, managing budgets, and analyzing performance data to drive sales and profitability. Establish and maintain vendor relationships while overseeing pricing and promotional strategies to maximize curb appeal. Direct staff recruitment, training, and daily supervision, including conducting performance reviews and mentoring teams on guest service. Ensure operational integrity and quality control by adhering to safety standards and maintaining product freshness through proper rotation. Lift up to 50 lbs and operate hazardous equipment with precision. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to safely operate hazardous equipment (slicers, heated wrapping stations, knives, etc.) with delicacy and precision
