Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience leading others
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
- History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
- Use of time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Acting with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
- 1 year or more of experience as a Baker (for Bakery)
- Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat
- Previous experience working in a meat department
- Experience working with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools)
- Willingness to obtain certifications as required
