Job Summary
Produce Manager at Calgary Co-op responsible for the overall operations of the Produce department, including scheduling, budgeting, achieving financial targets, enforcing merchandising standards, safety, labeling and sanitation compliance, leading a team, coaching and developing staff, coordinating annual performance plans, and partnering with the Centre Manager and Produce Operations Director. The role involves providing feedback for continuous improvement, implementing action plans to meet business goals, and ensuring adherence to company programs, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Grade12 Education.
- Two years’ of Calgary Co-op supervisory experience or
- Three years’ retail supervisory experience.
- Post secondary education
- Three years’ of retail produce supervisory experience
