Produce Manager

Produce Manager responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by leading the Produce Department, hiring/training and performance management of team members, ensuring safe, legal and profitable operations, managing inventories and assets, enforcing Food Safety procedures, achieving financial goals, and coordinating department policies. Requires 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year as Produce Assistant Manager, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 60 lbs (pull up to 100 lbs), and willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; certification as Food Safety Manager is required.
