Produce Manager

Oversee daily Produce & Floral department operations, including ordering, receiving shipments, merchandising, and stock rotation to maintain high quality standards. Supervise and train 2–20 associates on customer service, product handling, and safety protocols while preparing weekly schedules and managing labor costs. Achieve department goals for sales, gross profit, inventory, and shrink while ensuring adherence to all policies and audit readiness. Act as manager-on-duty during store absences and operate store computer systems to support overall department performance.
