Job Summary
Produce Helper provides essential customer service in the produce department, assisting the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; rotating stock for freshness; maintaining sanitation and food safety standards; stocking and stocking-related tasks; and supporting a positive, friendly, customer-first environment during on-site shifts. Responsibilities include helping unload trucks, handling produce such as pineapples and greens, and ensuring department cleanliness and timely work attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
