Job Summary
Produce Helper role in Food City’s Produce Department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing prompt, courteous service with a customer-first mindset, assisting the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products, rotating merchandise to maintain freshness, cleaning the department per company standards, sanitizing, stocking and breaking down product, unloading trucks, handling core pineapples, following the company food safety program, and maintaining a clean workstation with adherence to schedule and attendance policies. Requires 18+ and ability to perform physical tasks and interact with customers and staff daily.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
