Job Summary
Produce Helper responsible for welcoming customers, providing friendly service, assisting the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products, rotating merchandise for freshness, cleaning the department, aiding in unloading trucks, and maintaining sanitary work areas. Role emphasizes a customer-first attitude, teamwork, adherence to the store's food safety program, and consistent on-site attendance for scheduled shifts. Key duties include stocking produce (including greens and pineapples), keeping the workstation tidy, sanitizing the department at least twice daily, and supporting overall department operations to help run the best store in town.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
