Job Summary
Greet and speak to customers to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying products for processing, then rotate all merchandise to ensure freshness and quality. Shock all green leaf vegetables, clean the department according to company standards, and sanitize the area at least twice daily. Unload trucks and break down product, while following the food safety program and attending scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
