Job Summary
Produce Helper responsibilities include delivering friendly, customer-first service in the Produce department, assisting the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products, rotating stock to maintain freshness, maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, handling unloading of trucks and breaking down products, and following the company food safety program. The role requires on-site attendance for scheduled shifts, physical and mental alertness, ability to follow written/verbal instructions, and teamwork to create a positive, helpful store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
