Produce Helper

Job Summary
Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing; rotate all merchandise to ensure freshness and quality; unload trucks and break down product; stock core pineapples and green leafy vegetables; keep the department clean and sanitized per company standards; follow the company food safety program; greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service to foster a positive, friendly, and fun environment with a customer-first mindset; maintain neat workstations and support on-site operations during scheduled shifts while adhering to time and attendance policies; participate in on-going department tasks including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining department standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
