Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; delivers friendly, customer-first service; maintains a positive, fun work environment; stocks and rotates merchandise to ensure freshness; supports unloading trucks and breaking down product; keeps the department clean and sanitized (twice daily) in accordance with food safety standards; performs department maintenance and adheres to time/attendance policies; participates in on-site work with a flexible, team-oriented approach to groceries and produce.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
