Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the produce department in ordering, receiving, and displaying products; greets and serves customers with a friendly, customer-first approach; maintains freshness by rotating stock and stocking merchandise; supports unloading trucks and breaking down product; follows the company food safety program; keeps the workstation clean and organized; department sanitation occurs at least twice daily; on-site work during scheduled shifts is required. Requires 18+ and ability to perform physical tasks, follow instructions, and interact with customers and staff. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
