Job Summary
Produce Helper responsibilities include assisting the produce team with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; maintaining freshness by rotating merchandise; providing courteous customer service; greeting customers and fostering a friendly environment; unloading trucks, breaking down product, and preparing core fruits (pineapples) for display; following the company food safety program and keeping the workstation clean; working on-site during scheduled shifts and supporting flexible schedules. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
