Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere. Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying products, then rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. Perform specific tasks including shocking green leaf vegetables, unloading trucks, breaking down product, and core pineapples. Clean the department and workstation according to company standards, ensuring sanitization occurs at least twice daily. Adhere to the food safety program and scheduled shifts to meet attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
