Job Summary
Produce Helper in Oak Ridge, TN supporting Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, stocking, and displaying produce. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing courteous service, rotating merchandise for freshness, cleaning and sanitizing the department, unloading trucks, handling greens and pineapples, following food safety programs, and maintaining a neat workstation. On-site, part-time role with flexible scheduling and benefits including 401(k) and health plans. Requirements include being at least 18 years old and the ability to meet physical/mental/visual demands and follow instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
- Previous or current experience in a produce department or retail environment is a plus
