Job Summary
Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing; rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and quality; maintain a clean workstation and sanitary department; greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; support a positive, friendly, and fun work environment with a customer-first initiative; unload trucks and break down product; handle core produce tasks (e.g., shock greens, core pineapples) while following the company food safety program. This on-site, part-time role is based in Oliver Springs, TN, and emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness to detail, and adherence to schedule and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
