Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying product; greets customers and delivers prompt, courteous service; maintains a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked department; rotates merchandise to ensure freshness; supports unloading trucks and breaking down product; handles core pineapple items and other leafy vegetables; adheres to the company food safety program and time/attendance policies; participates in creating a positive, customer-first atmosphere through teamwork and friendly interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks
- constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
