Job Summary
Produce Helper assists in ordering, receiving, and displaying produce, provides customer service with a friendly, team-oriented approach, and helps unload trucks and stock produce. Maintains cleanliness and follows the company food-safety program; rotates merchandise to ensure freshness and quality; supports the produce manager in daily operations and maintains a neat work area. Requires the ability to work on-site in Wytheville, VA, part-time, with emphasis on attendance and teamwork to support a customer-first store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
