Job Summary
Produce Helper role supporting the produce department at Food City in Athens, AL. Responsibilities include assisting the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying produce; greeting customers and delivering courteous, efficient service; rotating stock to maintain freshness; cleaning and sanitizing the department; handling unloading of trucks and breakdown of products; maintaining department standards and adhering to the company food safety program; and ensuring on-site attendance per schedule. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
