Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying produce; rotates merchandise to ensure freshness; maintains a clean, sanitary workspace; greets customers and delivers courteous, efficient service; unloads trucks and handles responsibilities in the produce department, including core pineapples and handling greens; follows the company food safety program and supports a positive customer-first environment; works on-site during scheduled shifts with flexible hours and team-oriented duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
