Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; greets customers and delivers prompt, courteous service; rotates stock to ensure freshness; maintains clean and sanitized department, and supports unloading trucks and breaking down product. Responsibilities include stocking core pineapples, handling green leaf vegetables, following the company food safety program, and keeping the workstation and surrounding area neat. The role requires on-site attendance for scheduled shifts and contributing to a positive, friendly, and teamwork-driven store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
