Job Summary
Produce Helper in the produce department providing courteous customer service, greeting customers, assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying product, rotating stock to ensure freshness, sanitizing the workstation and surrounding area, following the company food safety program, and supporting the produce manager. Responsibilities include stocking duties, unloading trucks, organizing and displaying items (e.g., greens and pineapples), maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
