Job Summary
Produce Helper assists in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing; maintains a positive, friendly, and fun atmosphere with a customer-first initiative; greets customers and provides prompt, courteous service; rotates merchandise to ensure freshness and quality; assists unloads trucks and breaks down product; keeps the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean; follows the company food safety program and sanitizes the department at least twice daily; works on-site during scheduled shifts to adhere to time and attendance policies; supports the produce manager in stocking and presenting produce, including green leafy vegetables and core pineapples. The role requires basic physical/visual abilities and the ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions; 18+ years old; part-time hours with employee benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
