Job Summary
Produce Helper assists the produce department manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; rotates stock to ensure freshness; maintains department cleanliness and sanitation; handles unloading of trucks and preparation of core produce items; supports food safety procedures and on-site attendance. Provides courteous customer service, greets customers, and contributes to a friendly, efficient store environment; performs related tasks such as stocking, sanitizing work areas, and keeping workstations organized. Requires ability to follow verbal/written instructions, meet physical/mental/visual demands, and work scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
