Job Summary
Produce Helper supports the store's customer-first operations by greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous service, assisting the Produce Manager with ordering, receiving, and arranging merchandise, rotating stock to maintain freshness, cleaning the department, and adhering to the food safety program. The role involves unloading trucks, breaking down product, stocking core produce items like pineapples and green leafy vegetables, maintaining a neat workstation, and helping ensure the department is sanitized at least twice daily. Flexible schedules are available within on-site shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
