Job Summary
Produce Helper at Food City—assist the produce department with ordering, receiving, and displaying product; rotate merchandise to maintain freshness; unload trucks; stock and display greens and core pineapples; maintain clean, sanitized work area and comply with the company food safety program; provide courteous customer service and contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment; supports on-site shifts and time-keeping adherence; benefits include 401(k) with match, health and wellness plans, paid holidays/vacations, and employee stock ownership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
- Flexible schedules to ensure our associates have ample time to spend with family and friends
