Job Summary
Produce Helper provides courteous customer service and supports the produce department by assisting the manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products; rotates merchandise to maintain freshness; cleans and sanitizes the workstation area; handles unloading trucks and stocking tasks; maintains adherence to the company food safety program; contributes to a positive, friendly, and teamwork-driven store environment; expected to attend on-site shifts per schedule and interact with customers and colleagues in a representative retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
