Job Summary
Produce Helper provides customer service in the Produce Department, greets customers, assists the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products, rotates merchandise to maintain freshness, keeps the department clean and sanitized, unloads trucks, breaks down product, handles greens and core produce like pineapples, follows the company food safety program, and adheres to time and attendance policies while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
