Job Summary
Greet and speak to customers to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a friendly, fun working environment. Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing, then rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and quality. Clean the department according to company standards, sanitize the area at least twice daily, and shock all green leaf vegetables. Unload trucks, break down product, and core pineapples while following the food safety program. Work scheduled shifts adhering to time and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
