Job Summary
Greet customers, provide prompt and courteous service, and maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere through teamwork. Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying products, then rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. Shock green leaf vegetables, core pineapples, and help unload trucks while breaking down product. Clean the department and workstation according to standards, sanitizing the area at least twice daily. Follow the company food safety program and adhere to scheduled shifts to meet attendance policies. Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to support the mission of running the best store in town.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
