Job Summary
Greet and speak to customers to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly atmosphere. Assist the produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing, including rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and quality. Shock all green leaf vegetables, core pineapples, and unload trucks while breaking down product. Clean the department and workstation according to company standards, ensuring the area is sanitized at least twice daily. Follow the company food safety program and adhere to scheduled shifts and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
