Produce-Floral Manager

Manage daily operations of the produce and floral departments by executing merchandising plans, forecasting orders, and ensuring product availability, freshness, and quality. Supervise and train team members on stocking, inventory levels, and shelf conditioning while delivering courteous service and fulfilling customer requests. Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, pricing changes, and inventory processes to maintain profitability and minimize shrink. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards, including temperature logs, recalls, and hazardous material protocols. Work varied shifts including three to four evening prime time slots, occasionally traveling or working overnight.
