Job Summary
Oversee daily produce operations, ensuring high standards for freshness, presentation, and customer service. Execute corporate merchandising programs, planograms, and seasonal sets while maintaining full, clean, and visually appealing displays. Manage product rotation, inventory controls, and shrink reduction through root-cause identification and waste strategies. Order, receive, inspect, and store product following food safety and rotation guidelines. Build and manage labor schedules aligned with business needs, training and coaching associates to deliver knowledgeable service. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required.
