Produce Department Manager

Lead and develop the Produce Department at Farm Boy by delivering exceptional customer service and guiding the department to achieve strong business results. Partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to execute strategies, oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews, and ensure inventory, scheduling, product quality, and safety policies are followed. Build a high-performance team through coaching, regular team huddles, and ongoing development while maintaining confidentiality and trust. Maintain compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, contribute to store-wide objectives, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English; French considered an asset.
